Human Communications

Grow MVMT offers services that strengthen the internal and external communications capacity of community leaders and organizations. We work to seed, cultivate & sustain a culture of growth in circles where people are actively expressing and inspiring leadership.

We work mostly with entrepreneurs, artists, educators & organizers to improve their capacity for Interpersonal Communications, TechnOrganizing & Strategic Inquiry.

Grow MVMT was created with the intention of sharing the personal & professional practices of Rolando Brown and his fellow Cultivators, as well as documenting how they contribute to broader efforts.

Here in California, the Grow MVMT team is increasing the communications capacity of local leaders invested in the areas of economic, artistic and youth development. Elsewhere, the team has been invited to share ideas with those invested in the practice of leadership development as a means of realizing innovation and problem solving.

In 2011, we’ll be enriching the quality & depth of our initial service offerings. This effort is relatively new. Please visit again for more insights, presentations and deeper dialogues.
